These terms govern your use of eSIM Roam (esimroam.co), operated by Hackertron Softwares. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

eSIM Roam provides digital eSIM data plans for international travel. We act as a marketplace connecting you with eSIM network providers. Plans are delivered electronically via QR code.

2. Eligibility

You must have an eSIM-compatible device to use our products. It is your responsibility to confirm device compatibility before purchasing. We are not liable for purchases made for incompatible devices.

3. Purchases & payments

  • All prices are displayed at checkout and include applicable fees.
  • Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store card details.
  • Once payment is confirmed, your eSIM QR code is delivered to the email address you provide.
  • Each purchase is for a single eSIM plan with specified data, validity, and coverage.

4. Refunds

  • Before installation: Full refund available if the eSIM has not been installed on any device.
  • After installation: Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact [email protected] for assistance.
  • Non-refundable: Plans that have been fully used or have expired.

5. Data plans & coverage

Data speeds, network availability, and coverage depend on local carriers in the destination country. We do not guarantee specific speeds or uninterrupted service. Plan validity begins when the eSIM first connects to a supported network.

6. Account & security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to resell plans without authorization, or to abuse the service in a way that degrades it for other users.

8. Limitation of liability

eSIM Roam and Hackertron Softwares are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website.
