What is an eSIM?
An eSIM is a digital SIM embedded in your phone. Instead of swapping physical SIM cards, you scan a QR code to activate a data plan. Most phones made after 2018 support eSIM — including all recent iPhones and Samsung Galaxy devices.
Do I need to buy a new eSIM for each trip?
Nope! That's our biggest advantage. Buy your eSIM once and reuse it across multiple trips and countries. When you need more data, just top up from your dashboard. No reinstallation needed.
How do I install the eSIM?
After purchase, you'll get a QR code. On iPhone: Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM → Scan QR Code. On Android: Settings → Network → SIM → Add eSIM → Scan QR Code. The whole process takes about 2 minutes.
Will my regular phone number still work?
Yes! The eSIM runs alongside your existing physical SIM. You keep your regular number for calls and texts, while using the eSIM for data. Your phone handles both simultaneously.
Is my device compatible?
Most modern smartphones support eSIM, including iPhone XS and later, Samsung Galaxy S20 and later, Google Pixel 3 and later, and many more. Check your phone's settings for an 'Add eSIM' option to confirm.
What happens if I use all my data?
You can top up anytime from your dashboard. Choose a new data package for the same country and it gets added to your existing eSIM profile instantly. No need to scan a new QR code.
What payment methods do you accept?

What's your refund policy?
If you haven't activated your eSIM, you get a full automatic refund. If activated within 7 days with less than 50MB usage, you're also eligible for a full refund. Just submit a request from your order page.
